This Culinary Enrichment course is designed to inspire and equip students with essential culinary skills for life. The program will engage students in hands-on cooking experiences, preparing a wide variety of dishes. From appetizers to breakfast items, main entrees, and delectable desserts, participants will learn the art of cooking while honing techniques such as knife skills, food safety, and recipe development. This immersive program not only provides students with the knowledge to prepare delicious meals but also emphasizes the lifelong benefits of culinary expertise, teamwork, and creativity in the kitchen.
The JROTC Student Success Class explores skills students may need to enhance their transition into High School. There are seven skills that every high school student will need to be successful. They are: Emotional Intelligence, Personal Finance, Time Management, Self Discipline, Critical Thinking, Negotiation and Healthy habits
Love creating? Love making art? Join us! Campers will develop skills for art portfolio readiness needed for Florida Fine Arts Seal, art career or art college after completing high school. Students will spend the majority of the camp creating art with daily art projects and sketchbook entries. We plan to have a Professional Artist join the students for a couple of days to share their experience as well as personal techniques. At the end of the camp students will learn how to properly document their artwork and put it in a digital portfolio for an art career. So join fellow students and artists with interests in the arts to have a blast creating art! Please have a white t-shirt for the last day of camp send off activity.

This week will be focusing on enhancing the competitive stroke technique, starts and turns, conditioning with mid-day Island Style Fun activities! Students will practice drills and see videos of their strokes to improve as a swimmer. This is opportunity for students to prepare for upcoming high school season, surfing, Lifeguarding, and/or be more efficient in creating a fitness program. Mid-day between swim skills will be Island Style Fun! This time will be spent at the pool enjoying the weather with friends. Playing pool games or practicing boating skills in the pool. It is a fun, relaxing way to experience meeting new people and learn new ways to enjoy being in the water. It is required that female participants wear a one-piece suit. Participants need to bring a towel, googles, sunscreen, water bottle and snacks. A swim cap will be provided for each participant.
