Welcome to the Wonderful World of Weaving! Students will be introduced to the basic concepts of weaving by using simple looms to create small tactile projects such as potholders and wall hangings. They will learn to interlace threads over and under to form a pattern. We will explore color theory and the principles of design through this hands-on experience. Students will focus on creating their own unique woven pieces, by practicing patience, while focusing on repetition.
