This camp is geared to the ocean advocate. Come join in as we learn about science through ocean animals, participate in STEM activities related to the ocean, create art, and talk about conservation. Each day will be a fun-filled experience focused on aspects of our oceans. We will be using the “Sea Turtle Trunk” from the Sea Turtle Conservatory that focuses on sea turtle protection and enjoy activities available from the Guy Harvey Conservation Foundation. We will conclude our week with an Ocean Celebration! If you love the ocean, love to learn about animals, or love to spend a week focused on science and STEM, this is the camp for you!

This includes typing, documents, slideshows, and spreadsheets. Students will also be introduced to coding and digital research.

Your child’s capacity to innovate is crucial to their success in a rapidly changing world. Creativity is essential for young kids to learn about coming up with original ideas on their own and putting them to work. Learning how to think critically and find new ways to fix problems will assist them tremendously in school and later as adults. The skills they learn now will benefit them both academically and emotionally. The STEAMtastic Summer Extravaganza will offer students the opportunity to use scientific thinking, technology, and engineering design principles to solve real-world challenges. Activities will include STEAM related activities like art, robotics, drones, coding, rockets, rovers, solar racers, roller coasters, etc.

This enrichment program combines the joy of reading with hands-on STEM activities in science, technology, engineering, and math. Each day, we explore a different author’s books—like Eric Carle and Dr. Seuss—and bring their stories to life through creative crafts, STEM projects, and outdoor fun! Children will create digital storybooks, experiment with floating objects, and build simple machines, all while developing literacy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
