During this week long workshop rising Seniors will have the opportunity to build their college list, come up with some ideas for a major, create their Common App accounts, write their personal essays, create their activities list, make an academic resume, and work on any supplemental essays that they may need for their college applications. Mrs. Friday will walk them step-by-step through all they need to know to be able to put their best selves forward on their applications and show colleges who our students really are.

Students will learn about cyber threats, hacking, passwords, data protection, and how to be safe on the internet. They are giving students a close-up look at how hackers attempt to penetrate systems and how cybersecurity professionals defend against attacks. The course explains key concepts, such as encryption, malware, firewalls and digital privacy, and discusses the importance of strong passwords and safe habits online. Students will identify and combat cyber risk through experiential learning and real-world applications. This class is great for anyone interested in technology, online safety or a future career in cybersecurity.
The Jewelry Crafters and Business Creators Camp is a dynamic summer program where young creators blend artistry with entrepreneurship. This immersive experience teaches campers how to craft beautiful jewelry while equipping them with essential business skills to turn their passion into a successful venture. In the jewelry-making workshops, campers will learn hands-on techniques working with various materials and styles to create unique pieces, including necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. By the end of the camp, they’ll have a personal collection of handcrafted jewelry and a solid foundation in the craft. The camp also provides entrepreneurship training, guiding participants through business planning, budgeting, branding, and marketing. Campers will create an e-commerce website, learn product photography, and develop digital marketing strategies. They’ll also design business cards and branding materials, giving them the tools to launch and grow their jewelry business beyond the camp.
